This course provides a relaxing afternoon of gentle yoga warm-ups suitable for all participants, complemented by meditation and relaxation techniques designed to address the accumulation of stress and fatigue in both the body and mind. A comprehensive blend of easy physical exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation will be presented, fostering a holistic approach to wellness. Through a combination of chair yoga and floor-based exercises, this program bridges the gap between morning yoga sessions and lunchtime mindfulness courses offered at WEA, aiming to promote balance, vitality, and enhanced overall well-being.
