Venue Hire
WEA Sydney has excellent classrooms and lecture rooms which can be hired on an hourly or daily basis at very reasonable rates. The building is air-conditioned, fully certified for Fire Safety Compliance with Sydney City Council and with a very convenient location just three minutes walk from the train station / light rail stop at Town Hall, or a five minute walk from the Gadigal metro station.
Venue Hire Rates
Weekend rates are as above, plus an additional 25% weekend loading (Weekend opening hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm). A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before your venue hire commences, with the remaining balance paid after completion of your hire. We do not provide catering at WEA Sydney for venue hires.
Room Layouts & Capacity
Our rooms can be set up flexibly to suit your needs, with layouts ranging from lecture-style (chairs only) to classroom-style (chairs and tables). Lecture-style rooms can accommodate up to 50 participants, while classroom spaces typically seat between 7 and 20 participants, depending on the room configuration.

Parking Rental Facilities
