In this Spring Forest Qigong course, you will rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit through accessible techniques suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether standing, sitting, or lying down, you will experience increased vitality and inner balance. This beautiful practice is open to everyone, helping you cultivate a healthier, happier life. Student are required to bring a bottle of water, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please do not eat 30 minute prior or after session, drinking water is okay.

COURSE OUTLINE
