Qigong (pronounced "Chi-gong") is an ancient Chinese practice that combines meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement to enhance mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. In this Spring Forest Qigong course, you will rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit through accessible techniques suitable for all ages and abilities. Whether standing, sitting, or lying down, you will experience increased vitality and inner balance. This beautiful practice is open to everyone, helping you cultivate a healthier, happier life. Student are required to bring a bottle of water, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Please do not eat 30 minute prior or after session, drinking water is okay.

COURSE OUTLINE

Join us on a transformative journey through the fundamentals of Spring Forest Qigong. Each session blends gentle movement, breathwork and meditation to restore balance and vitality and will consist of:

  • Wisdom sharing
  • 30 minutes of gentle movement exercises
  • 30 minutes of meditation
