In 2027, we welcome the Year of the Goat, the seventh sign of the Chinese Zodiac, representing energy, freedom, determination, adventure, and optimism.

Our Lunar New Year program explores the rich traditions, stories, and symbolism of the 12 Chinese Zodiac animals: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. Participants will discover how each zodiac sign is linked to unique personality traits, cultural beliefs, folklore, and centuries of Chinese history. Through engaging activities and interactive learning experiences, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the lunar calendar and its continuing significance across Chinese communities around the world.

The Year of the Horse offers an inspiring theme for 2027. Traditionally associated with confidence, resilience, creativity, and forward momentum, the Horse encourages us to embrace new opportunities, pursue personal growth, and journey boldly into the future. Throughout the festival, these themes will be reflected in creative workshops, cultural demonstrations, storytelling sessions, wellbeing activities, and community celebrations designed to bring people together.
