Like physical fitness, brain fitness works best with regular practice. While life experience grows over time, many people notice gradual changes in memory, attention, speed of thinking, and mental flexibility.

In the past decade, the science of “brain training” — known in clinical settings as cognitive remediation — has advanced significantly. We now have clearer evidence about which kinds of exercises build real-world cognitive skills (and which are mostly just entertaining).

Across six weeks, you’ll take part in a practical mix of guided activities, games, and simple at-home exercises designed to strengthen key “muscle groups” of the mind: attention, memory, thinking, and perception. The aim is not just to perform better in class, but to improve everyday functioning — focus, confidence, and mental agility — and to give you a sustainable routine you can keep using long after the course ends.

You’ll leave with: an understanding of the evidence, a toolkit of exercises, and a personalised practice plan to maintain and build your gains.
