You will learn to describe movements, body posture, and physical actions, give instructions, talk about feelings and moods, and express intention or purpose naturally. The course also helps you refer to promises in indirect speech, claim the fulfilment of commitments, and navigate conversations about conflict. Grammar is taught in context, including descriptive structures using adjectives, gerunds, adverbs, and prepositional clauses; pronominal verbs; para + infinitive and the present or imperfect subjunctive for expressing purpose; indirect speech; the use of se to describe involuntary actions; and explanatory expressions such as es que and no es que… lo que pasa es que…. Vocabulary practice includes parts of the body, posture, gestures, emotional states, attitudes, adjectives with prefixes, and expressions for intentional or accidental actions such as hacer algo a propósito and hacer algo sin querer helping you use intermediate Spanish more confidently and naturally in real-life situations.
