TAESS00021 Facilitation Skill Set is designed for individuals who want to develop the practical skills and knowledge required to facilitate vocational training within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. This nationally recognised skill set prepares participants to deliver engaging, structured, face-to-face training under supervision while building a pathway towards the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

- TAEDES412 Design and develop plans for vocational training
Both units are required and must be completed to be awarded the skill set.
