Google Workspace is widely used, yet many people are unsure how its tools fit together. This practical course introduces Gmail, Drive, Docs and Calendar, showing how they support everyday organisation, communication and collaboration. The focus is on real-life use rather than technical detail, helping participants work more confidently across devices. Ideal for home users, volunteers and learners wanting to simplify everyday digital tasks. Students must bring a laptop (including charger) and phone (Google accounts requires 2-step authentication). The first session will provide a step-by-step guide to create a Google account if you do not already have one.
NOTE: For students in the online class, you would need to have knowledge and skills to do participate in the online teaching. (Sharing your screen, raising virtual hand, muting and unmuting themselves, etc.)
