Continue developing your beginner Italian fluency and confidence with our Beginner Italian: A1.4 Course, suitable for learners who have completed our Beginner Italian: A1.3 Course or have approximately 60 hours of prior study. This course helps you build stronger communication skills for everyday situations while expanding your understanding of Italian grammar and vocabulary. It is ideal for learners interested in learning Italian for cultural interest or personal enrichment in a supportive and interactive learning environment.
You will practise everyday communication such as describing places, asking for and providing information, discussing itineraries and opening times, talking about holidays and the weather, and describing past experiences. Grammar and vocabulary are taught in context to help you ask questions, give directions, describe situations, and talk about past events using a wider range of verbs and sentence structures. Phonetics is integrated throughout the course, with focused practice on key Italian sound combinations such as sc and sch to help you develop clearer and more confident spoken Italian.
