COURSE OUTLINE
Week 1: Vision, Business Model and Direction
- Clarify your life vision, business goals, ideal client, income target and best-fit business model.
Week 2: Business Structure and Setup Roadmap
- Explore setup considerations such as sole trader vs company, business names, ABN/ACN, directors, shares, GST awareness, bank account, domain and professional advice questions.
Week 3: Offer, Funnel, Booking and Payment Flow
- Shape your offer, map the client journey, set up lead capture, booking, CRM, Stripe/payment flow, invoicing and onboarding.
Week 4: AI Content and Social Media System
- Build a content engine using Claude, SASCA 3.0, Canva and Buffer for planning, creating, designing and scheduling posts.
Week 5: Automation and Email Follow-Up
- Map key automations using Make, Mailchimp, forms, Calendly, CRM and client follow-up workflows.
Week 6: Finance, Reporting and Operating Rhythm
- Set your invoicing process, accounting tool direction, expense tracking, monthly dashboard, quarterly reporting checklist and 30-day implementation plan.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Clarify their life vision, business goals, ideal client and preferred business model.
- Identify key business setup considerations, including structure, business name, ABN/ACN, directors, shares, GST awareness and professional advice needs.
- Design a simple offer and client journey from lead capture to booking, payment, invoicing, onboarding and follow-up.
- Select suitable tools for their business, including CRM, booking, payment, email, accounting, content and automation platforms.
- Create an AI-supported social media workflow using Claude, SASCA 3.0, Canva and Buffer.
- Map practical automations using tools such as Make, Mailchimp, Calendly, Stripe and Google Workspace.
- Understand the difference between simple sole trader tools such as Hnry and broader business accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Build a basic monthly dashboard and quarterly reporting checklist.
- Leave with a 30-day implementation plan to continue setting up and improving their business system.

Delivered in workshop format with a participant workbook, this program guides participants through business vision, setup planning, offer design, client journey mapping, tool selection and first automation steps.
