France has long been regarded as the spiritual home of wine. This introductory course takes participants on a journey through the major French wine regions, introducing the key grape varieties, styles and traditions that have shaped the country's extraordinary wine culture. Along the way, you'll learn practical tasting techniques that will help you better understand, select and enjoy wines and pair them with foods and cheeses.
Suitable for both beginners and enthusiastic wine lovers, this course combines education with sensory exploration, offering a taste of France's rich wine culture in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Participants will taste six French wines, including champagne.
